Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, the successor to the popular Redmi Note 4 was widely expected to launch on November 11, but fresh reports suggest that Redmi Note will be debut by the end of the month. Before the official launch, we have just got a new render of the Redmi Note 5 and it confirms that Redmi Note comes with thin bezels following the trending 18:9 widescreen display.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has already been certified by TENAA and recently appeared on JD.com listing, but unfortunately, the listing didn’t include an image of the product.
From TENAA listing, the Redmi Note 5 had claimed to sports a 5.99” Full-HD+( 2160×1080 pixels) 2.5D curved glass display. The smartphone is expected to power by a Snapdragon 660 SoC coupled with 3GB/4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB of internal storage. It is highly likely to run on MIUI 9 out-of-the-box based on Android 7.1.2 Nougat operating system.
Further, the Redmi Note 5 is said to come with a 12MP rear camera along with a 5MP selfie shooter and be powered by a 4000mAh battery. The listing also said that the handset will measure 158.5×75.4x8mm and weigh roughly 180 grams.
