Red Dead Redemption 2 Screenshots Showing a Vast World

Rockstar Games said that the Red Dead Redemption 2 map will be the largest ever in one of its games. Because of this announcement, a lot of fans were looking at the trailers and screenshots to take a quick assumption about the large world that Rockstar was talking about.

To satisfy the eagerness of the fans, Rockstar Games just recently made an update on their website showing some screenshots showing the frontier, cities, and towns that are waiting for some adventure. The screenshots seem to reveal and confirm something from the previous statement of Rockstar, and as we can see, this game is really a vast one.

We can see the Heartlands that was described as “rough-and-tumble” place with a lot of high-spirited characters like prostitutes, gamblers, and cowboys. There is also a complete contrast for the Heartlands, Rhodes in Scarlett Meadows that seems to be a proper and light one.

We can also see Annesburg, in Roanoke Ridge, New Hanover, a mining town next to the Lannahechee River. The town was described as this, “Working conditions are terrible for little play, and many men have lost their lives down the pit”.

Lagras in Bayou Nwa is also there, it is a small and swampy place where people used to fish and hunt for a living. We can also see the mayor of Strawberry trying to turn its town into a great tourist attraction.  Players can also make an adventure into the Saint Denis from a different region called Lemoyne, it was described as a “bustling city”, and is populated with businessmen, socialites, sailors, laborers, beggars, and thieves.

We can see a lot more of exciting adventure from the released screenshots, just go to Rockstar’s website and you can see the different available locations there as we are waiting for its release date.  Red Dead Redemption 2 will be released on October 26 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One with the new multiplayer mode available only for the PlayStation game version.
