Realme X2 Pro Officially Confirmed with SD855+ SoC, Quad Cameras and Hybrid Zoom
Realme has launched its new Realme X2 smartphone with Snapdragon 730G last week. The company’s chief marketing executive in China Xu Qi has confirmed that they will be launching a new device with Snapdragon 855+ into the market. This smartphone is the pro version of Realme X2 and has some interesting specifications. It is expected that this smartphone will go official in China by mid-October. It will also make its debut in Europe as the official page has mentioned a separate website for the European market.
RealMe has mastered the tag lines these days. This new phone will be touted as a “full speed flagship” handset. Realme is known for its budget phones and this phone will also be available on an affordable budget only. Realme X2 Pro will be the first budget smartphone with SD588+.
This flagship chipset has a 5.9 GHz octa-core processor along with the powerful SD855+ SoC. Realme is equipping its new X2 Pro with a quad-camera setup where there is one telephoto lens, one Samsung GW1 64-MP lens, one portrait lens, and one ultrawide lens. The quad cameras will have a 20x hybrid zoom feature. Mobile’s official page has stated that they will reveal one feature of the mobile each day till October 4th.
According to previous reports, this new X2 Pro will have a waterdrop notch and supports a 90GHz refresh rate. The tall aspect ratio is 20:9 and the display supports 1080×2400 pixels resolution. The phone may also have an in-display fingerprint sensor too. This smartphone is codenamed as “Super Warrior.”
Apart from these details, all the other ones are yet to be revealed. The battery capacity of this phone is still unknown, and users are expecting a 30W fast charger with VOOC 4.0 flash charging technology.
Realme X2 may enter India in December and the company will likely release the Realme X2 Pro sometime after that. As of now, there is no official confirmation about the release of both smartphones in India.
