Realme Buds Air Confirmed To Arrive With Wireless Charging Support


Realme is all set to hold an exclusive launch event in India on December 17. At this launch event, the company is set to launch the Realme X2 smartphone as well as Realme Buds Air in India. The all-new Realme Buds Air will be competing against other true wireless earbuds like AirPods from Apple, Galaxy Buds from Samsung and FreeBuds from Huawei. Earlier before, we didn’t have an idea of what charging type does the Realme Buds Air has. But now, GSMArena has learnt from a very reliable source that the Buds Air will carry support for wireless charging.

The publication has claimed that the Realme Buds Air will be coming with Wireless charging support that enables users to charge the buds without any sort of cables or cases. And so, buyers of Realme Buds Air will not have to buy a separate case for charging like AirPods. The wireless charging demonstration has been shown in the picture posted on GSMArena.

In the image shared by the publication, the Buds Air can be seen in Black color. The Chinese firm will be also selling Buds Air in other color option such as White and Yellow. Inside the box, Realme Buds Air will come with items like earbuds, USB-C charging cable and a user manual. The Buds Air is expected to arrive with a warranty of six months.

As of now, the technical specifications of this Realme Buds Air is still unknown. We only know that the Buds will be equipped with support for built-in voice assistant and touch controls. The Buds Air will also arrive with a 12mm Bass boost driver and it will arrive with support for Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity.

In terms of pricing, a premature listing of Realme Buds Air on Flipkart retailer site had revealed the pricing of Rs. 4,999. The listing has been taken down. However, it is also expected that the final price will vary under Rs. 5000 only. We will have its exact details on the launch date itself.
