Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 Benchmarked on Geekbench

In last December month, Qualcomm launched its latest Snapdragon 855 Chipset for the mobile platform made from 7nm chipset. The company has also released the Snapdragon 855+ Chipset for the new generation devices in the previous month. And now, it seems like Qualcomm is all set to come up with the advanced Chipset i.e. Snapdragon 865.

Today, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 Benchmarked on Geekbench. Geekbench’s listing reveals a lot of information about this latest Processor of Qualcomm.

For testing, the company has picked a smartphone with a model name ‘Qualcomm Kona’. The Benchmark’s listing shows off the Chipset’s Single-core and multi-core benchmarking score. The results are quite impressive and far better than the existing, Snapdragon 855 Chipset.

The Snapdragon 855 has scored 3.5k in the single-core testing and around 11k in the multi-core testing. These are the results tested by the benchmarks during the launch period. The Benchmark listing and the testing of the single-core and multi-core results are very impressive of the new Snapdragon 865 Chipset.

The Chipset is carrying a codename of ‘msmnile.’  The testing device was also powered by the Processor with the same name. This means the testing device was running on the latest Qualcomm’s chipset i.e. Snapdragon 865.

If we talk about the testing scores of this latest Chipset, then we can see that the Snapdragon 865 has scored 4149 in single-core and 12915 in multi-core testing. These results are higher than the Snapdragon 855. The latest Chipset will make your Android device more powerful and smooth, the testing results show that.

Furthermore, the testing device was running on a new Android 10 OS. Android 10 Operating System is nothing but Android’s upcoming Android Q Operating System. Android Q is just a few weeks away from its official launch date. Google has just released the sixth beta version of Android Q for Beta testers.

The Chipset is coupled with 6GB RAM. So the upcoming Android Q based Snapdragon 865 Powered devices will come with minimum 6GB of RAM. The device is showing different frequency rate than the normal devices. So yes, the new Snapdragon 865 Chipset will be very powerful.

As per the sources, the new Snapdragon 865 Chipset will be launched in December month.
