The much-awaited lighter edition of PlayerUnknown’s BattleGround known as PUBG is finally here. Yes, PUBG Mobile Lite Edition is officially launched in India. The aim behind launching this lighter edition of the game is to let everyone enjoy this game. The game will work on Android devices with 2GB RAM.
Tencent game launched the same Lite edition with its beta version in the Philippines in the August month this year. This year, the same game expanded to more Asian countries. Today, it is released for India.
The game is fully optimized for low-end devices running on limited specifications. The full installation pack of this game is just 400MB. The game will work on the devices running with 2GB or less. There will be no issues with its gameplay even if you are playing the game in low-end devices.
What’s good about this lighter edition of the PUBG game is that the PUBG Lite will offer the same user-interface and gameplay like its original version. The gameplay will be the same and there will be no compromising with it.
If we talk about the changes in the lite version of the game, then there will be a small map to explore for the users with 60 players instead of 100 players in the original game. The fast-paced game will be of 10 minutes and you can play it the same way like the original PUBG game. The same features, tools, weapons and strategies can be applied by the players here on the PUBG Lite version.
Players who accomplish the gameplay will be rewarded with new items, weapons and vehicles to boost their character. The PUBG Lite game is officially launched in India for the Android platform. You can head over to the official Google Play Store‘s page to download this game on a respective Android device.
Unfortunately, there will be no iOS edition of this game available as of now. We are not sure whether they will launch the same PUBG Lite edition for iOS devices running on a low version of iOS. More details will be revealed by Tencent very soon.
