PUBG Lite Beta Servers Go Live Today in India, Pre-Download package is now Available


PUBG Lite pre-registrations for beta testing are set to close today. For those who pre-registered for it, the wait finally comes to an end as the PUBG Lite beta servers will go online later today. Starting today, the game can be downloaded on PC from the official website. However, the download will only be valid for those who have already registered for beta testing.

As from the reports shared by the company, the pre-registration for PUBG Lite in India has crossed the 200,000 marks, which means all participants of the beta testing circle will get six additional rewards that were promised when the pre-registrations kicked off. After few days of starting the pre-registration, the official PUBG Lite Facebook page revealed that the servers for the PUBG Lite in India will go up on July 4. 

Just after the announcement, millions of players are eagerly waiting for the servers to go live in India. The day has finally come when the beta servers will open and the game will be playable. But before the battle royale war for chicken dinner begins in PUBG Lite, the game is now ready to be downloaded.

How to Download and Install PUBG Lite Beta

The download link for PUBG Lite beta is now active on the official website of PUBG Lite. The download link will also be active for other South Asian countries (Afghanistan, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka), MENA, and Latin American countries as well. However, the link uploaded on the website is only of the PUBG Lite launcher which is of around 62MB in size. 

Once you download and install the PUBG Lite launcher on your PC, it will prompt you to login to your account on PUBG Lite that you have registered earlier. And so, as I mentioned above, if you haven’t registered earlier for the PUBG Lite, you will not be able to download the game. Else if you are registered, you can proceed further.

Once you enter your login credentials or you login via your Facebook account, you will then asked to Start to Download the game. The total size of the game is around 2.4GB. Once you successfully download the game, you will then able to play PUBG Lite on your PC.

In case, if you miss any of the required drivers such as Nvidia, Intel, and ATI Radeon for PUBG Lite to run on your PC, you can download them directly from the official PUBG Lite website from where you have downloaded the launcher. 

PUBG Lite has crossed the mark of 200,000 pre-registrations in India, which means all registered players will get a total of six rewards in the form of in-game items. In addition to the assured Tiger M416 gun and the Cheetah parachute skin event rewards, players will also get a black scarf, punk glasses, bloody combat pants as bonus pre-registration target rewards.
