Oppo A77 Launched in Tiwan With 4GB RAM, 3200mAh Battery


Chinese smartphone manufacturer, OPPO has launched a new smartphone called ‘Oppo A77’ in Taiwan. Oppo A77 is a mid-range smartphone with a price tag of NTD 10990 (Rs 23,414 approx). Main highlight of the phone is 4GB of RAM and a 16MP selfie-camera. The phone will go on pre-order in Taiwan on Friday, May 19 and will be made available starting May 26.

Oppo A77 will be available in two different color variants Gold and Rose Gold. The smartphone sports a sleek unibody design, only 7.3mm thick and weighs 153grams. Oppo A77 runs ColorOS 3.0 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and sports a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) In-Cell display, the phone is is powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750T SoC and offers 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage which can be further expanded upto 128GB via microSD card.

In terms of camera, the Oppo A77 comes with a 13MP primary camera with f/2.2 aperture, PDAF, and dual LED flash. On the front end, the smartphone has a 16MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture with Beauty 4.0 and Portrait Mode with which the phone is able to create a depth-of-field effect and give background blur feature. The phone is powered by a a 3200mAh battery, and the connectivity options of smartphone include, 4G LTE connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS, hybrid dual-SIM support. Additionally, the phone has a fingerprint sensor that is embedded into the home button.
