Opera for Android added a free built-in VPN

The new release of Opera browser for Android has arrived. In this update, Opera has added a free built-in VPN tool which allows users to browse internet securely without any restrictions. Prior to this, the beta version of Opera for Android had this free VPN tool. And now Opera has integrated this to in its stable version and finally released for everyone.

Peter Wallman, the SVP Opera Browser for Android, stated, “There are already more than 650 million people using VPN services globally. With Opera, they can now enjoy a free and no-log service that enhances online privacy and improves security.”

Users who have got the new update can enable the free VPN just by heading to the Setting >> VPN and enable it. Users are given with a list of available regions from which they can choose their preferred region. The best thing is that you don’t need to buy a subscription or need to sign in to use this VPN. Just enable it and enjoy.

Also, this VPN does not store any logs means your browsing history will not be saved which let you browse the web without any worry. Opera has integrated this VPN tool keeping vision to improve the privacy of the users while being on Public WiFi or on an unsecured network.

For mobile users, VPN is a great tool which let us to surf the web without any restriction through a secured tunnel. According to Opera, there’s a big demand for VPN services in India, which is true. Around 650 million users around the world use VPN services and more than 160 million of those are from India.

This feature is enabled in the latest version of Opera for Android. So existing users need to update their browser to use this feature. As of now, the company has released the brand new update for Opera and said it will take a bit more time to reach every region.
