oneplus: OnePlus Nord gets new camera update


OnePlus Nord has received a new update for improving the macro camera of the device. This is the third software update that OnePlus has rolled out since the phone launch. The OxygenOS 10.5.5 update fixes some system errors and improves the macro camera.
The update promises to improve the image clarity of the front camera in low light and of the macro camera. It also aims to better the vibrancy and colour accuracy of the macro camera. The volume adjustment interface has been worked upon and improved. The power consumption of the device has also been improved.
OnePlus Nord features a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with 2400×1080 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, 90Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The device runs OxygenOS10.5 based on Android 10 and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G 5G processor with Adreno620 GPU. The device comes with 6GB, 8GB and 12GB RAM options. It is backed by a 4115 mAh with WarpCharge30T fast charging (5V/6A) along with an in-display fingerprint scanner. There’s face unlock as well.
There is a 48MP quad-camera setup with a 48MP Sony IMX586 main sensor with f/1.7 aperture, an 8MP sensor with f/2.25 aperture (119°), a 2MP sensor with f/2.4 aperture and a 5MP sensor with f/2.4 aperture. There are dual front cameras with 32MP and 8MP sensors. The selfie camera features a 32MP SonyIMX616 sensor with f/2.45 aperture along with an 8MP secondary sensor with f/2.45 aperture.
