OnePlus has been gearing themselves for the launch of their latest flagship – OnePlus 7T Pro in the next month. But just before that CAD-based renders of OnePlus 7T Pro and OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition has been leaked online. This leak has been revealed by the popular tipster @OnLeaks, that shows the complete design of the upcoming flagship by OnePlus.
While the OnePlus 7T Pro will be a follow-up of the OnePlus 7 Pro smartphone, the OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition will be a special edition phone from the brand – just like last year’s OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition for which it partnered with sports car maker McLaren.
As per the fresh renders, the OnePlus 7T Pro and OnePlus 7T McLaren Edition will not have any difference from in terms of design. They both will look similar to that of OnePlus 7T that has been shown last week. But the McLaren Edition will come in a new Haze Blue colour option, which can be seen in the renders. All of these three smartphones are expected to be launch on September 26th in India and hit the market on October 15th.
Both OnePlus 7T Pro and OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition feature a curved edge-to-edge screen with the pop-up selfie camera. As the design of both of these phones will remain unchanged, we may expect to have a 6.67-inch display. The handsets will most likely pack the same Fluid AMOLED panel with 90Hz refresh rate and in-display fingerprint scanner as the OnePlus 7 Pro.
The back panel of the smartphones looks as similar to that of its predecessor. But from the render, we can see some changes in the design of the McLaren Edition. The handset seems to have a textured pattern on the whole back panel; on last year’s McLaren Edition handset, it was restricted to just the middle of the back. Orange accents that start from the middle of both sides and cover the bottom.
Besides, OnePlus 7T Pro and OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition both come with a vertically-aligned triple rear camera at the centre instead of going for a circular camera module. The power button and alert slider are on the right side of the phone whereas the volume rocker seems to be on the left edge. The USB Type-C charging port, which doubles up as the audio jack, is at the bottom edge of the OnePlus 7T Pro and 7T McLaren Edition along with speaker grill and antenna.
