OnePlus 5T OxygenOS Beta 3 Brings iPhone X-like Navigation Gesture Control


OnePlus has released new OxygenOS Beta 3 for the OnePlus 5T smartphone. The new OxygenOS Beta 3 brings iPhone X-like gesture control and removes the questionable clipboard factuality from the OnePlus 5T.

The main highlight of the OxygenOS Beta 3 is the iPhone X-like gesture control, it will replace the on-screen navigation buttons. However, users can disable this by going to the Settings menu. You can swipe up from the middle will directly take you to the home screen. Swipe up and pause from the bottom will bring recently opened apps. Swiping up from left or right of the screen will function as a back button. It also has pick-up gesture switcher option; you can choose which way to slide up or down to pick up a call.

OnePlus also removes the controversial Clipboard factuality in OxygenOS Beta 3, it is said to send the user’s usage stats to a server in China.

of the OxygenOS Beta 3 also added the SMS categorization function only for Indian users, with this new feature, all the SMS’s will be automatically sorted into different categories. Apart from the above mentioned changes, the update also brings several bug fixes as we all CPU security patch update CVE-2017-13218.
