Nokia X6 with 5.8-inch Notch Display and Dual Rear Cameras Leaked


Earlier this week we have reported that HMD Global will launch Nokia X series smartphone in China on April 27th. Now ahead of the official launch, alleged renders of the upcoming Nokia X6 smartphone have been leaked via Chinese microblogging site Weibo.

From the leak images, the Nokia X6 rear design is quite similar to the Nokia 7 plus with its copper accents and dual rear camera placement. The only difference is the replacement of LED flash in between the camera setup and the fingerprint scanner. On the front, there is a full-screen edge-to-edge display with an iPhone X-like notch on top. The bezels on both sides are almost non-existent but the bottom chin slightly thicker with the Nokia logo on it.

Talking about the specifications, the Nokia X6 is reported to run on stock Android 8.1 Oreo operating system and sports a 5.8-inch full-HD+ (1080×2280 pixels) 19:9 display. The smartphone will come in two processor variants one will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC and the other one will be powered by MediaTek P60 processor. It will offer 4GB/6GB of RAM along with 64GB/ 128GB of internal storage. As for photography, there will be a dual rear camera setup Carl Zeiss lenses. Although there is no information available on the exact configuration of the dual rear cameras, it is expected to be similar to Nokia 7 Plus.

As for pricing, Nokia X6 rumored to be priced at 1,599 Yuan ($253/ Rs. 16,800 approx.) for the lower variant and 1,799 Yuan ($285/ Rs. 19,000) for the higher variant.
