It seems like HMD Global is working on a new premium smartphone under their Nokia smartphones series. According to the latest updates, the company is working on a new Nokia 8.1 Plus smartphone. Today, we have got some render images of the upcoming Nokia 8.1 Plus Smartphone.
According to fresh leaks and rumors, the company will carry the same Punch-hole camera feature on their new Nokia 8.1 smartphone. The new smartphone will be landed in a mid-range category. If we talk about the pricing of this phone, it will carry an affordable price tag for the economy buyers. Apparently, there will be no top-notch design on the new Nokia 8.1 phone, instead the company will be using the same punch-hole camera design on the phone.
In addition, the leaks also suggest that the new Nokia 8.1 will come with a full-glass design at the back. The dual cameras will be aligned vertically at the back in the middle. There will a Physical Fingerprint scanner also available on the device at the back right below the Camera setup. The dual camera module will be using Carl-Zeiss Cameras which would provide better performance compared to other brands in taking sharp images.
The phone will be launched under the Android One Program and will be running on a latest, Android 9.0 Pie Operating System.
Furthermore, the device to sport a 6.22” Full-HD+ display. The front-panel will come with edge-to-edge display making its design look sharper. We could also see minimum bezels at the sides. The phone will be super sleek and handy.
Moreover, the Nokia 8.1 smartphone will also feature a 3.5 mm Audio Jack. Unlike other smartphones, HMD Global believe that the 3.5 mm Audio Jack is necessary on the smartphone to connect the device with multiple audio devices. The USB Type-C dock will be at the bottom side of the device.
