Nokia 2.2 Launched in the US for $139


HMD Global’s recent smartphone, the Nokia 2.2 is making its way to the United States. Yes, the phone arrives in the US market which was launched in the International market last month. The new Nokia 2.2 is available for $139 in the US.

Being an Android One device, the phone will receive the new software updates and patch notes at the earliest than other normal Android-powered devices. The device will receive the main update for 2 years and security updates for the next three years.

Moving on to its specifications, the phone sports a 5.71-inch notched display with HD+ resolution. The phone comes with singular cameras on both sides. The rear panel features a 12 Megapixel of Primary Sensor while the front camera features a 5 Megapixel of selfie shooter camera. The phone’s camera app has new beautification features and HDR compatibility which takes clear photos in low-light.

Nokia 2.2 is powered by a MediaTek Helio A22  Processor which is compatible with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 425 SoC. It runs on the latest Android 9.0 Pie Operating System and offers all the latest features of the device in it.

The device comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of Storage Memory as default storage memory. Fortunately, there is an option to expand the memory of the device. You can expand the memory of this phone by using a microSD card in the slot.

Additionally, it supports 2D Face Unlock feature. It also comes with NFC support for wireless payments. You can also share files with the built-in NFC feature.
