New Apple WatchOS Brings ECG App in Europe and More


Apple has just released a new update for the Apple Watch users. The new watchOS 5.2 released today in Europe and Hongkong. The update released over the air through iOS for the watchOS and it brings a number of advanced features for the users.

The company has released this update for the European Countries which includes 19 different countries. The same update is live in Hong Kong as well i.e. the watchOS 5.2.

If we talk about this update’s availability, it is available in HK, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, the UK and Switzerland. It brings EGC app along with the detection of the irregular heart beat.

Apart from this, the same update will bring Apple’s newly launched Apple News+ support. Apart from this, the update also brings exclusive Apple Watch Hermes Faces for the owners who can change the Watch Face to classy designs. The Hermes Faces will be available in two different colors, Blue and Pink and it will impress the designers of the Straps who produces different types of Watch Straps for the Apple Watches.

The Apple’s ECG app was released in the December month for the users of the United States only. It has made the masses amazed as they can now keep track of their heartbeat and its irregularity right from the Apple Watch through this app. Well, the same app has been made available to 20 different countries with the new Watch OS update by Apple starting from Today itself.

The app works with electrodes which sends an electric signal to user’s heart. This will tell the rhythm of the heart and its functionality with a warning message or a notification on the iPhone and on the WatchFace.

This ECG App is quite advanced in the Apple Watch as it sends direct notification to users if his heartbeat is irregular or found some issues with the heart’s functions. The app will issue a warning message through a notification, when you get such notification, it’s the time to visit your physician first.
