Motorola has today launched the Moto X4 smartphone in India. The smartphone will be exclusively available on Flipkart and Moto Hub stores across the country. It will go on sale tonight at 11.59 PM. The Moto X4 comes in two variants – 3GB RAM / 32GB internal storage priced at Rs 20,999 while 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage comes with the price tag of Rs 22,999. The Moto X4 comes in Super Black and Sterling Blue colour options.
Flipkart is offering Rs. 2,500 discount on the exchange of your old smartphone and Rs. 3000 on exchanging select Moto smartphones, it is also offering up to 10 percent off with HDFC Bank credit and debit cards, Buyback Guarantee of 50 percent of the smartphone’s value, EMI schemes starting from Rs 1,019 per month, up to 340GB data on Airtel.
the main highlight of the Moto X4 are IP68-rating for dust and water resistance, Bluetooth v5.0 connectivity has also been leveraged to allow the smartphone to sync with up to four speakers, headphones at a time – something Moto is calling a Wireless Sound System. It also bears a fingerprint sensor on the home button.
To recall, the Moto X4 was first unveiled at IFA 2017 in Berlin, It runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system and sports a 5.2”full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) LTPS IPS 424ppi display with the protection of Corning Gorilla Glass on top. The smartphone is powered by up to 2.2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 630 SoC coupled with Adreno 508GPU. As we mentioned above it offers 3GB/4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 2TB via microSD card.
The Moto X4 comes equipped with a dual rear camera setup which comes with a combination of a 12MP Dual Autofocus Pixel sensor with 1.4-micron pixel size, f/2.0 aperture and an 8MP ultra-wide angle with a 120-degree field of view, aperture f/2.2 and 1.12-micron pixels. It features a colour correlated temperature (CCT) dual-LED flash. Camera features include PDFA, bokeh effect, selective focus, selective black and white, background change and 4K video recording. On the front, there is a 16MP sensor with 1-micron pixels and an f/2.0 aperture along with LED flash and 4MP adaptive low-light mode.
The smartphone is fueled by a 3000mAh non-removable ‘all-day’ battery with a 15W TurboPower charger; it will provide up to 6 hours of power in 15 minutes of charge. Connectivity options include dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth v5.0, dual-band (2.4GHz and 5GHz) Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, NFC, FM radio, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors on board include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, digital compass, gyroscope, and a proximity sensor. it measures 148.35×73.4×7.99mm and weighs 163 grams.
