Moto G 5G with 5000 mAh battery launched

NEW DELHI: Lenovo-owned Motorola has launched its new budget smartphone — Moto G 5G. The smartphone is said to be the cheaper version of Moto G 5G Plus. The smartphone features a Max Vision display and is backed by a 5000mAh battery. It comes with a plastic body design and a dedicated button for Google Assistant.
The company has priced the Moto G 5G for €299.99 (Rs 26,260) and it will be available in selected European countries. The smartphone will also be made available in Latin America, India, Middle East and Asia in the coming weeks. The smartphone can be purchased in Frosted Silver and Volcanic Gray colour options.
Moto G 5G specifications
The Moto G 5G comes with a 6.7-inch Full HD+ display with 1080×2400 pixel resolution. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor paired with Adreno 619 GPU.
The handset packs 4GB/6GB of RAM and comes in two storage varinats — 64GB and 128GB. Users can further expand the storage up to 1TB by adding a microSD card. The Moto G 5G comes with hybrid dual SIM support and runs Android 10 operating system topped with the company’s own MY UX.
The smartphone comes equipped with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and it comes with IP52 rating which makes the device water resistant. The Moto G 5G sports a triple rear camera setup which comprises a 48MP main sensor with f/1.7 aperture, 8MP 118° ultra-wide angle lens with f/2.2 aperture, 2MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture. The front of the smartphone is home to a 16MP selfie shooter with f/2.2 aperture.
The handset is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 20W TurboPower fast charging support.
