Moto 1S 18:9 FHD+ display, Dual Rear Cameras Launched


Lenovo owned Motorola has launched its latest mid-range smartphone, the Moto 1S in China. The smartphone comes with the price tag of 1499 Yuan ($ 235/ Rs. 15,935 approx.) and is available to purchase from Lenovo online Shop as well as Motorola store in China. It comes in Victoria Blue and Charlotte Powder colour options.

Talking about the specifications, the Moto 1S runs on Android 8.0 Oreo operating system with ZUI 3.5 skin on top. It sports a 5.7” Full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) 18:9 IPS display. The smartphone is powered by a 1.8GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 octa-core processor coupled with Adreno 506 GPU. It offers 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card.

For photography, the Moto 1S comes equipped with a dual rear camera setup with a combination of a 12MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture, 1.25μm pixel size and LED flash along with a 5MP secondary camera to capture depth information for portrait shots. On the front, it has an 8MP selfie shooter with LED flash support for better lowlight capturing.

The Moto 1S is fueled by a 000mAh battery with Turbo charging. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and USB Type-C port. Sensors on board include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, digital compass, gyroscope, and proximity sensor.  There is also a fingerprint scanner on the back.  It also comes with Dolby audio technology and P2i nano splash-proof coating for water resistance. It measures 153.8 x 72.3 x 8.3 mm and weighs 168 grams.
