Minecraft: Story Mode season 1 and 2 that were developed by Telltale is being pulled off from the stores starting from June 25. This announcement has been done by Mojang. In this announcement, the developers have advised the players to download their episode before June 25 as after this date they will no longer to do so.

The game’s delisting follows the disappearance of other games created by Telltale Games, which has been shut down last year. And now, one more game from the same series is going to shut down for forever.

Mojang says that because of Telltale’s closure, the game will no longer be supported as of June and that players who purchased it will need to make sure to download it before it’s taken down for good. Note it, the players who owned this game will no longer able to download this game after the closure of this game.

“On behalf of the publisher, Minecraft: Story Mode – A Telltale Games Series, Season 1 and 2 will no longer be supported on June 25th, 2019. If you have purchased these seasons, please download all remaining episodes prior to the service being discontinued in June,” the Minecraft team said in a blog post.

Telltale announced this game back in 2014 and launched it in 2015, bringing a traditional narrative to the sandbox game through a series of episodic games that Telltale became known for. The game was available for Microsoft Windows, macOS, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Wii U, Nintendo Switch, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Android, and iOS.

And now, after being uptime on a variety of platforms this game too is being delisted from the platforms. Currently, it is being available via Microsoft Store to download but after June 25th, this will be removed from the MS Store. So, if you already have this game, make sure to download the episode before the given date.
