The company has dropped the new Windows Store for Windows 10 Insider testers in the Release Preview ring which is expected to arrive with Windows 10 November 2021 update, according to a report by TheVerge.
According to the website, the Microsoft Store that’s currently rolling out to the Windows 10 beta users is identical to the one that arrived with Windows 11. The store features the exact same design, updated layout and interface.
Along with that, the Store also features all the latest apps that have been added to the Microsoft Store recently including the new third-party store integrations like Epic Games, etc.
We already know that Microsoft’s new app store policy is attracting many developers to build apps for Windows operating systems or at least list their apps on Microsoft Store. Windows 10 users who want to give this new Microsoft Store a try will have to enrol into Windows Insider Preview and install the Windows Update from Release Preview ring. However, the new Store is expected to be a part of the Windows 10 November update, it is advisable to wait till the final release.
