Microsoft Launches New Set of Logos for Over 1000 Apps

Microsoft’s Windows is the most popular Computer Operating System with millions of its users across the globe. Today, the company has revealed new Windows logos for Microsoft’s services and other popular apps.

We had been hearing a lot about Microsoft’s future plan to change the designs of their services and popular apps and today, they have officially revealed it. The company is now redesigning over 100 icons of the apps and Microsoft Services such as MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel and all the others.

The redesigned logos or icons become more colorful and look impressive than the previous ones. The company has also explained that after releasing the new logos for their services, they will have to face new challenges in the future.

Microsoft’s Corporate vice president and design and research has further added that “We needed to signal innovation and change while maintaining familiarity for customers. We also had to develop a flexible and open design system to span a range of contexts while still being true to Microsoft.”

Apparently, most of the icons of their services and popular apps get just a little makeover and they are not changed entirely. Microsoft’s popular Operating System Windows 10 is facing serious problems with their icons and the company is constantly working on redesigning the logos and icons. Finally, they have come up with new designs for over 100 apps and services.

The company has planned to introduce the newer version of Windows 10 Operating system named Windows 10X earlier this year. However, they didn’t reveal much about the changes that we will get to see in the updated Windows 10 system.

Microsoft revealed the design for the Windows 10X Operating System previously with new icons and logos for their services. Apparently, we will get to see the new logos and icons in the upcoming Windows 10X Operating System. Furthermore, Windows 10X designed for the dual-screen devices that will be compatible with the dual-screen devices only.

In a nutshell, the designs and icons that Microsoft has revealed are much more familiar to us as they have just makeover them and not changed them entirely. We will get to see more updates on the same in the coming days.
