Microsoft Is Making Easier to Update Drivers On Windows 10

Microsoft has planned to released the next major update to its popular Operating System i.e. Windows 10 in the next year. The new release will be featuring a host of new tools and advanced features to make your computing life much easier. The most noticeable feature that you will get with this update is a quick update drivers option.

The company has released the changelog for the upcoming update with its beta edition and in the changelog, they have confirmed the availability of this new feature. They have mentioned that they are currently working hard to make the Windows Drivers Update process much easier for the users.

As per their official notes, they have confirmed that the new Windows Drivers Update section will be provided separately. This new section will fetch the required drivers update from the official store and you can easily update all the outdated drivers from this section with a few clicks. It doesn’t require any third-party software or tool or even a device manager’s access to update the drivers.

The new Windows Optional Update section will show you the updates of the Drivers, and other monthly security updates for the entire system. All the useful updates can be seen from this section and you can update them manually by clicking on to the Update button.

The post also confirms that the new Optional Update section will be turned on by default to keep your system up to date with the latest updates. However, you will be given the full control to manage the drivers and updates on your own by using the customizable options.
