Microsoft Could Add New Spaces’ Organizational Tool To Outlook


Microsoft is working on a new organizational feature called “Outlook Spaces” that would allow users to organise emails, meetings, calendar appointments, to-do lists, notes and documents into easy-to-follow project areas. This is one of the first features to debut on Outlook as an external feature.

With the “Spaces’ feature, users can also include any relevant links and more at one single place, thus improving productivity at work. “Outlook Spaces” will also use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to assist consumers, MSPoweruser reported on Sunday.

However, at that time, on clicking on with login into the Microsoft work account, we get an error message saying “Under Construction.” As the Cat notes on Twitter, some have been able to get Spaces working by accessing DevTools in their browsers.

Spaces “pulls together your documents, emails and events using the search terms you provide here. In upcoming releases, we’ll be using AI to assist in discovering and grouping work items into Spaces,” says a test form that the Cat posted to Twitter.

Microsoft has been working for the past several years on all kinds of organizational tools aimed at improving both personal and organizational productivity.
