Xiaomi has launched its latest mid-range smartphone – the Mi Note 10 Lite. This is the third smartphone in the Mi Note 10 series joining the already launched Mi Note 10 and Mi Note 10 Lite. Similar to the other two smartphones from series, the Mi Note 10 Lite comes with a 3D curved AMOLED display. Let’s take a detailed look at the new member of the Mi Note 10 series.
Mi Note 10 Lite Specifications
The all-new Mi Note 10 Lite features a 6.47-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,340 pixels) curved AMOLED display along with a waterdrop-style notch and has a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The phone’s display also supports HDR 10. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G SoC, coupled with up to 8GB of RAM. For media and storage, the Mi Note 10 Lite comes with up to 128GB of non-expandable onboard storage.
In the optics department, the Mi Note 10 Lite sports a quad-rear camera setup that includes a 64-megapixel primary shooter and an 8-megapixel secondary sensor along with an ultra-wide-angle lens. It also has a 5-megapixel depth sensor and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The rear camera module is accompanied by a dual-LED flash module. At the front, the Mi Note 10 Lite features a 16-megapixel camera sensor that sits inside the waterdrop notch.
Apart from this, the Mi Note 10 Lite runs on the latest Android 10 with MIUI 11 at the top. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, IR blaster, and a USB Type-C. Lastly, the device is fuelled by a 5,260mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging which the company ships a 30W charger in the box.
Mi Note 10 Lite Price and Availability
As for the price, the price of Mi Note 10 Lite is set at EUR 349 (roughly Rs. 28,500) for the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant. The 6GB + 128GB model of the phone will retail at EUR 399 (roughly Rs. 32,600). As of now, the price of the 8GB variant is still not revealed by the company.
As for the availability, Mi Note 10 Lite will go on sale starting mid-May globally. It will be available in Midnight Black, Nebula Purple, and Glacier White color options. As of now, there is no word on the phone’s availability in the Indian market.
