LG G8s ThinQ was launched back in February at Mobile World Congress 2019, and now the company has finally started the global rollout of this smartphone. The LG G8s ThinQ brings a new feature in the world of smartphones called the Hand ID that provides palm vein authentication. This is enabled by the use of the ToF (time of flight) Z Camera and infrared sensors, enabling users to hover their hand over the display to unlock their smartphones. LG G8s features a 6.2-inch Full-HD+ (1080 x 2248 pixels) OLED FullVision display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and a 564ppi pixel density. Moreover, LG G8s ThinQ is powered by the latest octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC coupled with 6GB of RAM. Also, it comes with 128GB of inbuilt storage which cannot be extended further. Also, there is a fingerprint sensor mounted at the back panel of G8s ThinQ.
Apart from this, LG G8s ThinQ features a triple rear camera setup at the back. Out of which there is a 12-megapixel primary sensor, a 13-megapixel wide-angle sensor, and a 12-megapixel telephoto lens. While at the front, there is an 8-megapixel selfie shooter coupled with a ToF Z camera.
Apart from this, LG G8s is rich in connectivity options as it includes 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.0, NFC, FM radio, and USB Type-C (v3.1). Also, LG G8 ThinQ packs a huge 3,550 mAh battery with the support of Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging technology.

The LG G8s ThinQ is priced at EUR 769 (approx Rs. 59,800) and will be available starting this month in select markets in Europe, Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East, among others. As part of the launch offers in Germany, the company is providing a free 43-inch LG 4K TV with the phone.
