LG G Pad F2 8.0 with Octa-ore CPU and Android Nougat launched in US


LG has launched entry-level LG G Pad F2 8.0 tablet in the US. The tablet comes with the price tag of $149.99 (Rs. 9,700 approx.) and will be available to purchase through Sprintfor across the country with an option of a monthly payment system.

Jumping straight to specifications, the LG G Pad F2 8.0 runs on Android 7.1 Nougat operating system and sports an 8” WXGA (1280×800 pixels) display. The tablet is powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750 SoC coupled with Mali-T860. It offers 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 2TB via microSD card.

For photography, the LG G Pad F2 8.0 comes equipped with a 5MP rare camera which includes features like burst shot, digital zoom, self-timer and cheese shutter – use your voice to take a picture. On the front, there is another 5MP camera for selfies and video chat, with its Live shot feature you can take still shots while recording video.

The LG G Pad F2 8.0 is fueled by a 3,000mAh with an optional extended battery 4,400mAh battery which makes the total capacity of 7,400mAh power. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 and USB OTG.
