Kult Impulse with 13MP Selfie Camera Launched in India for Rs 8,999


Kult has launched a new budget-centric smartphone dubbed as Kult Impulse in India. The smartphone comes with the price tag of Rs. Rs 8,999 and will be available to purchase across the country starting from May 15, 2018. It comes in Black and Blue color options.

As for the launch offer, the company is offering Rs.2,200 cashback offer for Jio customers in the form of Rs 50 recharge vouchers. The cashback offer can be redeemed for the recharge of Rs 198 or Rs 299.

Talking about the specifications, the Kult Impulse runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system and sports a 5.99” HD+  (1440 x 720 pixels) TruView IPS display with 2.5D curved glass on top.  The smartphone is powered by a 1.5GHz MediaTek MT6739 64-bit quad-core processor coupled with PowerVR Rogue GE8100 GPU.  It offers 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 64GB via microSD card.

For photography, the Kult Impulse comes with a 13MP primary camera with f/2.0 aperture, autofocus and dual LED flash support for better lowlight capturing. On the front, it has a 13MP shooter for selfies and video call. The front camera also equipped with LED flash support and facial recognition technology to unlock the device.

The Kult Impulse is fueled by a 4000mAh battery that is rated to deliver up to 12 days of standby time on LTE and up to 60 hours of music playback. Connectivity options include Dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio and micro-USB port. There is also a fingerprint scanner on the back. It measures 164.8 x 76.7 x 865mm and weighs 170grams.
