Intex Aqua A4+ with 4G VoLTE and Android Nougat Launched in India


Intex on Monday has launched the Aqua A4+ smartphone with 4G VoLTE support at the price of Rs. 3,999. The main highlight of the smartphone is 4G VoLTE support in budget price range. The entry-level smartphone comes in Black and Champagne Gold color options and will be available through offline retail stores across the country.

The Intex Aqua A4+ runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system and sports a 4.5” FWVGA (854×480 pixels) display. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC9822 SoC. It offers 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 64GB via microSD card.

In terms of camera, the Intex Aqua A4+ sports a 5MP primary camera with LED flash support for better low light capturing. On the front there is 2MP front facing camera for taking selfies and making video calls.

The Intex Aqua A4+ is fueled by a 2,000mAh battery which claims to give up to 8 hours of talk time and lasts up to 300 hours on standby. Connectivity options include dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and MicroUSB 2.0 port.  The smartphone also comes withe pre-loaded apps like Xender, Amazon Prime Video, and Gaana.
