The new update has made them worried as they can not share their work on Instagram by now.

Many users have started seeing “False Information” tag when they see a photoshopped image on their Instagram feed. Instagram has also confirmed that they have introduced this new feature against illegal activities done on the platform using photoshopped images.

The company is using advanced image-matching technology to find out the fake images. Instagram and Facebook are now capable enough to find out fake images or photoshopped images using this new technology. When the platform shows False Information tag, you will also be provided with a link to the alternative source from where you can fetch the same image.

Those of you who continue sharing such fake images will be published by the giant. Their accounts will be removed from hashtags and other benefits. The explore page of their profiles will also be banned and their profiles won’t be able to show up.

We have to accept the fact that most organizations are now using Instagram for their marketing. In fact, government organizations are also using the same platform for their marketing and election campaigns. In order to keep the platform ideal for everyone to make it a legal one, the company has decided to stop such fake information and images from spreading through their platform.
