Honor 7A with 5.7-inch FullView Display and Dual Rear cameras Launched


Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has launched a new budget-friendly smartphone dubbed as Honor 7A in China. The smartphone comes with the price tag of 799 yuan ($ 126/ Rs. 8,250 approx.) for the 2GB RAM variant and 999 yuan ($ 158/ Rs. 10,315 approx.) for the 3GB RAM model. It comes in comes in Black Gold and Blue color options.  The smartphone is available for pre-order and will go on sale in China from April 3rd.

Talking about the specifications, the Honor 7A rusn on EMUI 8.0 based on Android 8.0 Oreo operating system. It sports a 5.7” HD+ (1440 x 720 pixels) 18:9 FullView display with 2.5D curved glass on top of it. The smartphone is powered by a 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor coupled with Adreno 505 GPU. It offers 2GB/ 3GB RAM with 32GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 256GB via microSD card.

For photography, the Honor 7A comes equipped with a dual rear camera setup with a combination of a 13MP primary sensor with f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP secondary sensor to capture the depth information for portrait shots. with LED flash support. On the front, it has an 8MP selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture. The front camera support for beauty mode, and soft LED flash that can be adjusted depending on the lighting conditions. It also has face unlock feature that can scan 1024 facial features to unlock the device.

The Honor 7A is fueled by a 3000mAh non-removable battery. Connectivity options include Dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS, micro-USB port and 3.5mm audio jack. There is also a fingerprint scanner on the back.  It measures 152.4×73×7.8mm and weighs 150 grams.
