Hints and Answers for Quordle Today – Game #533 on Tuesday, July 11.

Introducing Quordle: Your Daily Word Game Fix

Get ready for your daily dose of Quordle hints and the answers to both the main game and the new Daily Sequence spin-off. Quordle, a Wordle clone, has managed to keep me hooked even after 18 months of the daily-word-game craze that took the internet by storm. And for good reason – it’s not only a fun game but also quite challenging.

To keep things fresh, the online dictionary Merriam-Webster, who now owns Quordle, has introduced a new variant called the Daily Sequence. Instead of solving puzzles concurrently, you’ll now complete four puzzles consecutively. But Quordle is no walk in the park, so if you’re already searching for Wordle hints, you’ll definitely need some for this game too.

As a Quordle and Wordle fanatic with over a year of experience, I’ve been playing since December 2021, and I’m here to help you solve Quordle today and up your game for tomorrow. Read on for my Quordle hints for game #533 and the answers to the main game and Daily Sequence. However, be forewarned – there are spoilers ahead. So, if you don’t want to know the answers, it’s best to stop reading here.

Meet Your Quordle Expert

Hello, I’m Marc McLaren, TechRadar’s UK Editor in Chief. I’ve been playing Wordle and Quordle for over a year now and have authored numerous articles on the game for TechRadar and Tom’s Guide. My obsession with the game has even led me to analyze the frequency of letters in different positions. Recently, I reached a Wordle streak of 500, and I would be devastated if I lost it. Yes, I admit, I take the game a tad too seriously.

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions about Quordle

If you have any burning questions about Quordle, I’ve got you covered.

What is Quordle?
Quordle is a word game where you’re presented with four puzzles to solve, unlike Wordle which challenges you with one five-letter word each day. You have nine guesses to find the answers, and the rules are quite similar to Wordle. You can play Quordle online on their website or via the Merriam-Webster site, as Merriam-Webster acquired Quordle last year. Each day, all players receive the same set of answers, so you’re competing against people from all over the world. The puzzle resets daily at midnight for a fresh challenge. The website offers a practice mode, which I highly recommend using before diving into the game, as well as daily stats and achievements.

What are the Quordle rules?
The rules of Quordle closely resemble those of Wordle. Here’s what you need to know:
1. Correct letters in the right place turn green.
2. Correct letters in the wrong place turn yellow.
3. Incorrect letters turn gray.
4. However, each guess you make applies to all quadrants of the puzzle simultaneously, so the same letter could turn green in one quadrant, yellow in another, and gray in the remaining two.
5. The answers are always singular words.
6. Letters can appear multiple times, so if you guess two of the same letter, they may both turn yellow, both turn green, or one turns yellow and the other green.
7. Every guess must be a valid word in Quordle’s dictionary.
8. Subsequent guesses do not have to include correct letters, and there is no “Hard” mode like in Wordle.
9. You have nine guesses to arrive at the Quordle answers.
10. You must complete the daily Quordle before midnight in your timezone.

What is a good Quordle strategy?
To excel at Quordle, you need a strategic approach. Here are two key tips:
1. Use several starting words: Don’t rely on just one starting word. Instead, choose two or three starting words. The first one should ideally be one of the best Wordle starting words, as they work well in Quordle too. Then, select another word or two that utilize common consonants and any remaining vowels. This approach gives you a head start on determining one or possibly two of the answers. Feel free to experiment with different combinations to find what works best for you.
2. Narrow down your options: If you encounter a word with uncertain answers, try to eliminate possibilities systematically. Analyze the letters and use the process of elimination to narrow down the choices. This will help you make more informed guesses and improve your chances of getting the right answers.

Remember, Quordle is challenging, so don’t
