Guide: How to Unlock the Loot Building with Stuck Door on the Vondel Map in CoD: Warzone 2

Season 4 of Call of Duty: Warzone 2 brings an exciting addition with the introduction of the Vondel map. This map is of medium size and offers 15 main points of interest, including a secret townhouse filled with valuable loot. We’ll guide you on how to bypass the “stuck door” in Vondel and help you acquire high-tier loot.

While exploring Vondel, you may have come across a townhouse with a door that appears to be stuck. It seems like any other door you should be able to enter, but upon approaching it, you receive a message indicating it’s stuck. Although there is an option to interact with the door, nothing happens because you need to find the secret entrance. To begin, head to the section of townhouses just west of Vondel’s Police Station, as marked on the screenshot below. You’ll find the stuck door townhouse at the blue “3” ping on the map. This townhouse is filled with valuable loot and is worth a visit, but first, you’ll need to find a rebreather. The rebreather is an oxygen tank field upgrade that allows you to stay underwater for longer periods of time.

Finding a rebreather in battle royale can be challenging, but they can be scavenged from various locations on the map. They appear to be most common in first aid and medicine cabinets, and the zoo’s aquarium is also a known spawn location. In DMZ, you can acquire a rebreather through scavenging or via the bartering system. For a detailed guide on how the DMZ bartering system works, including the recipe for the rebreather and other useful items, refer to our guide.

Once you have the rebreather, head towards the nearby canal to a flooded tunnel location, as indicated by the green “1” ping on the map. Swim forward, take the first left, and then make a right just before you reach a dead end. Make sure to use the rebreather as you make this right turn. The remaining section of the tunnel will lead you left and then right, guiding you into a smaller passage that eventually opens up to a ladder.

After climbing up the ladder, you’ll find yourself inside the locked townhouse. This building contains chests and lockers filled with gas masks, killstreaks, cash, and other valuable items. It typically houses a gold M13B assault rifle blueprint with a full set of attachments, which is more common in DMZ. It’s possible that you may not encounter this weapon in your battle royale match. Only one person needs to take the secret path, and they can unlock the stuck door for their teammates to gain entrance.

Season 4 has introduced significant changes to health in both battle royale and DMZ, so it’s crucial to equip yourself with the best loadouts. We recommend trying out various loadouts in Warzone Season 4. Please note that the products mentioned in this article were independently chosen by our editors.
