GoPro’s recently announced Hero9 Black camera will go on sale from November 6, 2020, i.e. tomorrow. Hero9 Black is priced at Rs 49,500 and will be available on Amazon, Flipkart, Chroma and select imaging stores in India.
The camera comes with a new image sensor for delivering 5K video and 20 megapixel photos, HyperSmooth 3.0 video stabilisation with in-camera horizon leveling and a Max Lens Mod accessory that brings Max HyperSmooth video stabilisation and Max SuperView ultra wide-angle photo and video to Hero9 Black.
GoPro Hero9 Black features a new 1.4” front color display with live preview and status modes and a 2.27” rear touch display with touch zoom. The camera is waterproof upto a depth of 33ft (10m) and has built-in folding mounting fingers. It is compatible with Max Lens Mod, Light Mod, Display Mod and Media Mod.
It is equipped with 3 microphones with advanced wind reduction, as per the company. The GoPro Hero9 Black supports stereo and RAW audio both.
The device comes with a removable rechargeable battery that has a claimed 30% more battery life than the Hero8 Black. The camera has a TimeWarp 3.0 feature featuring Real Speed and Half Speed, supports 1080p Live Streaming, 1080p Webcam mode and comes with power tools like HindSight, LiveBurst, Scheduled Capture and Duration Capture.
