Google releases the Official Image of Pixel 4 showing Triple-Lens Camera Setup

The 2019 iPhones are rumored to feature a huge camera bump on the rear of the device to add the third camera to the device. Now, the tech giant, Google is also looking forward to following this concept with its upcoming Pixel 4 smartphones.

Made by Google has posted an image on Twitter on Wednesday which is actually the rear part of the phone. This published image shows the same concept which was rumored to come to the upcoming iPhone models but is arranged in a different style.

The image shows a large square section in the top left corner housing three camera lenses and a flash. One of the lenses is arranged at the top with the other two below placed adjacently to each other. There’s also an LED flash which sits at the bottom of the square section.

The tweet confirms the image is for the new Pixel by using the hashtag #Pixel4 and showing the Google “G” branding on the device as always being available on Pixel phones. The front panel fo the smartphone isn’t shared by the company in this tweet.

Google Pixel 4 is rumored to come in a normal as well as in an XL version. The rear triple-camera setup potentially consisting of wide-angle and telephoto lenses as well as a “spectral sensor.” On the front, many rumors suggest that the Pixel 4 will come with a punch-hole camera to a multi-sensor array. However, none of the following details have been confirmed by the company yet.

As far as the availability is concerned, Google hasn’t mentioned any specific date for the launch of the Pixel 4 smartphones. But looking over to the previous Pixel launches, it is likely Google will reveal the Pixel 4 in October as part of a wider Made by Google event.
