Google Go is like a special gift for those who can’t afford a premium end smartphone. Google adds regular updates to its Google Go platform by launching a new Google Go compatible app. Today’s report is for those who are using Google Go devices. The Google Go platform will soon be integrated with Google’s Assistant and Google Lens.
Google Go supports almost all the apps and special low-end Google Apps. Google services such as Assistant Go, Gmail Go, Maps Go, Files Go and many other more. The company has just launched its new Gallery Go app which is a lighter edition to Google’s original Photos app.
Besides this, Google Go received a number of improvements and new features to the app. It gets many useful direct access buttons to use different services such as YouTube, Maps, Weather and many such useful services. The only thing missing was the integration of Google’s own virtual assistant, Google Assistant.
Well, Google is now adding integration of Google Assistant to Google Go app. Yes, the giant is adding Google Assistant and Google Lens support to its Google Go app. If you are using Android Go edition, then the Google Go app is now compatible with more services of Google.
Google Assistant is indeed a useful service offered by Google that lets you do a lot of routine tasks just by using your voice commands. Yes, you can simply use different voice commands and the phone will work as per your commands. Google’s African Twitter handle has shared this information regarding the integration of Google Assistant to its original Google Go app.

This new update will add more customization options. Users will be able to customize the apps as per their requirements. The app will also get a shortcut icon to access Google Lens from the main feed app.
The Google Lens support allows users to read and translate from the images. You just need to take your camera to the Texts or images and the Lens app will translate things or can read it out for you.
This changes will be first made for the users in Nigeria which will be available to more Android Go enabled countries.
