Google Duo is becoming more popular as the search giant is adding new features regularly to this app. Today, XDA-Developers has shared new information about the updated Google Duo app. Recently, Google has started rolling out the latest version of the app i.e. Google Duo 69. This new update brings a new Moment button to the app.

The new Moment Capture feature is currently in the testing phase of the Google Duo 69 edition. This new feature is something that we all wanted in the app. As per the report, this new Moment Capture button will be shown on your mobile phone’s screen when you make a video call. When you tap on this button, the screenshot of the current video call will be captured.

The company is planning to bring this new feature in the next update of the app. The new Moment feature is currently in its development phase and we might not be able to see it in the next update as there is no official announcement made by the giant on the availability of this new feature.

According to the tester, this new Moment Capture feature is there within the App Settings menu. You need to go to the App Settings menu where you will see a Moment Capture option with a toggle button. You can enable or disable this feature by tapping on to the toggle button as per your requirement.

Apart from capturing real-time video call moments, the same feature lets you share the screenshots instantly to the other contacts. Just tap on to the Moment button from the screen and you would see a floated screenshot in the corner, you can tap on to the screenshot and can select the Share button to share it with your friends, family members or any other contact instantly.

The recipient can still take screenshots of the video calls if he has turned this feature on on his mobile phone. It is not necessary to enable this Moment Capture feature on both the devices. You will be warned by the app when you try to enable this feature from the Settings menu.

We will get more official information in the coming days on this updated Google Duo app.
