Google Duo New Update Brings Low Light Mode

According to sources, the new update of Google’s video calling app, Google Duo is adding a new Low Light Mode feature to the app. The new Low Light Mode feature will detect the low light area and it will automatically adjust the lighting on the app. This new mode will illuminate the face of the recipient in the low light automatically.

Google has officially released a press note where they have mentioned about the new update of their Video Calling app. For the people who live in a place affected by power outages, this new update will work like wonders for them.

This is indeed an essential feature and very useful feature to talk with someone who lives in a different time zone. There comes a time when you have to make a video call to a person who lives in a different country. You can call them up anytime even if there is no light or low light.

The app’s new Low Light Mode feature will work with the lighting conditions around you. The search giant has not disclosed any specific requirements to use this feature on their phones.

Some experts say that the new update will let you increase the brightness of your mobile’s screen when it detects low light around. We could clearly see a new Night Mode button on the screen. This is a dedicated button to enable the Low Light Mode on the Google Duo app. When you tap on this icon, your mobile phone’s brightness will automatically increase and the other person will be able to see your face clearly.

The official rollout of the new Low Light Mode is releasing for iOS and Android mobile platform from next week.
