Google is making finding jobs, recipes and products easier by adding a new feature to its Search. The company introduced Activity Cards last year that allowed users to pick up from where they left while searching for a topic or product on Google Search. Now, the company is expanding the functionality of Activity Cards to help users find recipes, jobs and products easily.
Google Search Shopping Activity Card
The Shopping Activity Card will now show users products they’ve been researching even from an article they were reading. According to Google, this will help users see and compare all the products they are interested in and help them come to a decision faster.
Google Search Jobs Activity Card
With Jobs Activity Card, Google is planning to help users by showing new jobs posting related to relevant queries on the top via a dedicated button. The card will also tell users how many new jobs have been listed in particular intervals based on users interest. According to the company, this will make it easier for users to find new opportunities to explore instead of going through all the posts to find a new one.
Google Search Recipe Card
Recipe Card will now show even more recipes for the search query. If a user has been searching for a particular recipe, again and again, Google will list them in the Activity Card and also provide a thumbnail preview to make it easy to select the correct one.
