G Suite Customers Get Gmail AI-Based Spelling and Grammar Checker


G Suite users can be considered themselves lucky as Google has released its new AI-Based Spelling and Grammer Checker tool to Gmail app. Yes, G Suite users can now make use of this advance Spelling and Grammar Checker tool on the Gmail app. Google first introduced this feature on the Google Docs for G Suite users. The same feature is now making its way to more of Google Services exclusively for G suite users.

The search giant has begun rolling out this feature to Gmail users worldwide and it shall reach out to your device in the next coming weeks. The new feature will be on for you by default that means, it will work for you and help you automatically once the update arrives. You will not have to enable this feature manually when it’s available. The search giant will include this feature within the app with the next major update of the Gmail app.

If you don’t feel comfortable with this feature, you can simply visit the Gmail Settings page and can disable this feature. Visit the Gmail Settings where you can search for Spelling and Grammar checker. You will see a toggle button beside this tool which can be turned off manually by you if you do not like to use it for your Gmail.

Once available, whenever you try to compose an email, you will be able to see the suggestions of spelling and the further sentence itself. You can press the tab key and the suggestion of the sentence will be written to your Gmail itself. If you make any grammar mistakes, it will be highlighted in blue color line so that you can resolve your mistakes. When you resolve them, the blue color line will be disappeared.

If you make spelling mistakes, the tool will underline the mistakes with a red line. You can instantly undo the corrections suggested by the built-in tool.

The company has designed this new tool with advanced artificial intelligence technology. It comes with a wide range of selection process and it will be a handy and useful feature for everyone.
