A brand new update to Fortnite has arrived with tons of new features and changes for the Battle Royale, Creative, and Save The World modes. However, some of the most exciting thing which is going be added in the battle royale is the Tactical Shotgun in a new avatar, automatic item pick-up, new Glider tool, and a new Island in the Creative mode among others.
Coming particularly to the Tactical Shotgun update. The tactical shotgun is returning back to the battle royal with a completely new design in its Epic and Legendary variants. It will now deal more damage to the enemies and will be available from Supply Drops, Chests, Floor Loot, Vending Machines, and Loot Carriers. The Epic and Legendary variants of the Suppressed Bolt-Action Sniper Rifle have been temporarily removed, while the Rare, Epic, and Legendary variants of the Bolt Action Sniper Rifle have been brought back to the game.
The next change which is going to be released with this update is the addition of the auto-pickup feature. This is one of the most important which gamers have been waiting for long to get introduced in Fortnite. With this option enabled in the setting, players can automatically pick up consumable if the same is in the inventory but not maxed out.
Moreover, new Glider and Harvesting Tools have been added for owners of the Save the World Founder’s Pack. On the game’s mobile client, support for Bluetooth microphones has been added for voice chat, while the edit wheel buttons are now bigger in size.
In Fortnite Creative, Kevin’s floating island has arrived alongside a Ball Spawner item and addition of more channels for the Triggers and Receivers. A new range of buildings so made their way to the game with the Fortnite v9.40 update. You can read the entire patch note from the official website.
