Filmic DoubleTake App Lets you Record Video from Two iPhones Cameras Simultaneously

Filmic released its new and innovative app today called DoubleTake Camera App. What makes this DoubleTake Camera app unique and innovative camera app is it can take photos and can record video from two iPhones Cameras at the same time.

Back in September month, the company has provided its sneak peek during the iPhone 11 Pro’s event. Well, today, they have made this app official and now you can install it and can start using it on a respective iPhone.

With one single take, iPhone users can now record two scenes at the same moment on a single device. You can enable double the coverage from one single device with the compatibility to shoot videos from two separate iPhones.

Apple’s latest models i.e. iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max feature a triple-lens camera. The company has showcased how this app actually works in the real-life by using these new generation iPhones on the stage in front of the media people and other concerned people.

What’s good about this app is its user-friendly interface. Using this app is pretty easy and anyone can easily start using it with simple knowledge and basic information. You can first choose from which two cameras you would like to shoot your videos, you will be provided with four different options i.e. three triple-lens and one front-facing camera. Choose from the ultra-wide, wide, telephoto, or selfie camera.

Apart from the camera lens, you can also select from the frame rates i.e. 24fps, 25fps, or 30fps. All these frame rates can record full HD videos at 1080 pixels of screen resolution. The phone supports 4K recording, but unfortunately, the maximum video resolution that this app provides is full HD i.e. 1080 Pixels.

After selecting the frame rates, you can choose the camera feeds as per your requirements from the given options. Once everything set and done, you can start recording your videos from one single phone through different cameras.

Users can cut between their cameras or can capture the video feeds along and can share it with each other. The app also features a split-screen and picture-in-picture mode.

The app is compatible with the latest iPhones starting from iPhone XR, XS, XS Max, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max running on Android 13 Operating System.
