Destructoid’s Zelda Week: A Warm Welcome for Fans!

A plethora of Links are about to come up on your screen

It’s not every year that a brand-new Legend of Zelda game is released. In fact, it has been about six years since the release of Breath of the Wild, with this week’s launch of Tears of the Kingdom. Therefore, Zelda being a very popular series here at Destructoid, we have made the decision to celebrate the season of the new Legend of Zelda game with a tribute to the old. Yes, it is Zelda Week!

For those of you who are not acquainted with our past commemorations, we’ll be uploading and sharing lists, write-ups, and blogs about the Zelda series all week, culminating in the release of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom on Friday, May 12, which will include a thoughtful retrospective of the series’ history. Our lists this year will feature contributions from a range of employees. And who knows, we may even revisit some of our favorite events from previous Zelda Weeks.

So, put on a green tunic and explore new frontiers. It’s Zelda Week, folks!
