Raptor and Cohh, on the other hand, can be hired earlier, at Gold Rank, making them excellent choices for early-game servers. However, remember that the special skills of servers are more important than their raw numbers. When the customer influx becomes overwhelming, Dave will need support with drink service. Unlike Cohh and Raptor, whose skills do not include pouring drinks (Tea), Dave will have to handle this task himself. If you find yourself overwhelmed, consider keeping a low-stat staff member like Kyoko, who can serve drinks, until you can hire El Nino.

Complete this mission as soon as possible to acquire the game’s best cook. Yone comes in second, but you can only hire her once your restaurant has reached Diamond Rank on Cooksta. In the early stages of the game, having one cook in the kitchen is sufficient, especially with Maki at your disposal. Utilize the extra staff slot to send out dispatchers.
