Looking for a new Internet provider? This month, Comcast announced Now Internet, a new service that comes with unlimited data and an Xfinity gateway, starting at $30. This new Internet option gives cord cutters new options for Internet service without a data cap.

Now Internet starts at $30 a month for 100 Mbps, which is enough for three 4K streams and the ability to surf the web. There is also a $40 a month option for 200 Mbps down, which is enough speed for six 4K streams and the ability to surf the web. There is also NOW Mobile with unlimited 5G, talk, and text for $25 a line.

The service seems clearly targeted at the growth of 5G home Internet services as its marketing even directly compares Comcast Now to 5G home Internet.

“Consumers have told us they want low-cost, easy-to-use connectivity and entertainment options that deliver the same reliability and consistency of our leading Xfinity services,” said Dave Watson, President and CEO of Connectivity and Platforms, Comcast. “With NOW, we’ve developed a new product construct from the ground up to be simple and easy for anybody who wants Internet, mobile or TV on their own terms without sacrificing quality. It rounds out our product offering to provide something for every consumer segment of the market and plays to our strengths in superior network capabilities, Wi-Fi and streaming.”
