Chapter 0 of Rain Code: Exploring the Enigmatic Labyrinth – Complete Walkthrough for SS Rank

Master Detective Archives: Rain Code, the newest game from the creator of Danganronpa, Kazutaka Kodaka, and Too Kyo Games, is a mind-bending experience that will challenge even the most seasoned detectives. While collecting evidence in Rain Code is straightforward, the real challenge comes in the game’s signature Mystery Labyrinths. These labyrinths require you to present evidence and counter contradictions in a series of mini-games, all while managing your life bar. Achieving a high ranking at the end of each labyrinth is no easy task, but fear not! Our comprehensive guide provides all the answers you need for Master Detective Archives: Rain Code Chapter 0 — Massacre on the Amaterasu Express. Keep reading for a cheat sheet, but be warned – spoilers lie ahead!

Mystery Labyrinth Basics
Getting lost in the Mystery Labyrinth is virtually impossible. These labyrinths consist of Danganronpa-style mini-games that require logic and the right answers to progress. While there are moments where you must choose a path or answer multiple-choice questions under a time limit, the real challenge lies in the recurring mini-games: Reasoning Death Matches, Shinigami Puzzles, and Deduction Denouement.

Reasoning Death Matches: These are the primary challenges in the Mystery Labyrinths. Your opponent will throw statements at you, which you must dodge through left, right, jumping, or ducking. If you encounter a bright red statement, you may counter it by equipping the correct piece of evidence (known as a “Solution Key”) and slashing it with your sword. Counter one or two statements correctly, and you’ll defeat your opponent and progress.

Shinigami Puzzles: In these puzzles, you must select letters rotating around a Shinigami’s barrel to spell out a key phrase.

God Shinigami Rush: This is a simple action-based mini-game where you must guide the Shinigami through obstacles and defenses set up by the culprit. You’ll also answer questions by selecting the appropriate Solution Key.

Deduction Denouement: In this final part of the Mystery Labyrinth, you must arrange key pieces of evidence in chronological order within the pages of a manga-style comic book to recreate the events of the case.
