Consumers can expect to see the tablet officially unveiled at the next Unpacked event in Seoul, South Korea, late this July. Alongside the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, the Galaxy Tab S9+, and the Galaxy Tab S9 will also be unveiled at the event. Samsung is also expected to launch the Galaxy Z Fold 5, the Galaxy Z Flip 5, the Galaxy Watch 6, and the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic at the event.
While the FCC report did not disclose significant information, previous rumors suggest that the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will feature a 14.6-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The tablet will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy SoC. Consumers can choose from various configurations, including 8GB RAM/128GB of storage, 12GB RAM/256GB storage, and 16GB RAM/512GB of storage. Moreover, the 256GB and 512GB variants will employ the cutting-edge UFS 4.0 storage, while the 128GB model will use UFS 3.1. The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will be equipped with a massive 11,200mAh battery, fast-charging capability of 45W, and IP68 dust and water resistance.
The tablet is expected to come with an S Pen, and all of the tablets in the Galaxy Tab S9 line will feature the same pen. The Galaxy Tab S9 line’s design will be similar to last year’s Galaxy Tab S8 series, based on a Galaxy Tab S9+ render, which looks identical to the Galaxy Tab S8+.
