Celkon CliQ with 16MP Camera Launched in India at Rs 8,399


On Monday, Celkon has launched a new camera-centric smartphone called Celkon CliQ. The smartphone is priced at Rs 8,399 and will be available at offline retailer stores across India in Gold color option.

The Celkon CliQ features a metal body with the curved edges which give a nice grip to hold on to the device. On the front is a 2.5D curved glass with three capacitive navigation buttons. The power button, volume rocker, and SIM card slot are placed on the right edge of the device. On the bottom rear of the device is the loud speaker for BOOM Surround Sound output.

Coming on specifications, the CelKon CliQ runs on company made Flo OS based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and sports a 5” HD IPS (720×1280 pixels) 2.5D curved glass display. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core 64-Bit Cortex A53 processor and offers 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 128GB via microSD card.

In the photography department, the Celkon CliQ offers 16MP rare camera with with f/2.0 and LED flash and features like Live Photos which capture a small video while capturing a photo similar to iPhone, other features include Bokeh, Panorama, Face Detection, Smile Shot, Auto Scene Detection On the front, it sports 8MP front facing camera for talking selfies and making video calls.

Connectivity options of the Smartphone include dual-SIM support 4G VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/ A-GPS, a MicroUSB 2.0 port, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor. The smartphone also comes with the pre-installed SwiftKey keyboard app, and support 24 regional Indian languages. The phone is powered by a 2500mAh battery.
