The most recent patch for “Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2” and “Warzone” introduces a crossover with the popular Amazon TV show, “The Boys.” This crossover brings four playable characters and their superpowers from the show into the game.
The crossover event, which started on July 12, features Starlight from “The Boys” as an operator bundle in “Call Of Duty.” Homelander will be available on July 16, and Black Noir will join the game on July 20. Each bundle costs 2,400 CoD points (£16.79) and includes three Tracer Weapon Blueprints, a finishing move, weapon cosmetics, and a loading screen.
In addition to the cosmetic items, “Warzone” players will have the opportunity to find the ‘Temp V’ field upgrade. This upgrade grants users one of four random superpowers: Charge Jump, Electric Shockwave, Laser Vision, and Teleport. Charge Jump allows players to traverse the map without fall damage, Electric Shockwave unleashes a powerful explosion that damages Operators, AI Combatants, vehicles, and equipment, Laser Vision enables players to hover in the air and shoot laser beams from their eyes, and Teleport lets players warp into the sky.

This collaboration is just the latest in a series of crossovers for “The Boys.” Recently, it was announced that Homelander will be a playable fighter in “Mortal Kombat 1,” set to release on September 19.
The update for “Call Of Duty” also includes other changes such as the addition of the MX Guardian shotgun, a new Dragon’s Breath underbarrel attachment, and various balance adjustments to existing guns in Warzone and “Modern Warfare 2.” You can find the full patch notes for Season 4 Reloaded on the official Call Of Duty website.
In other news, the next installment of “Call Of Duty” was revealed during an exclusive NBA event.
