Finally, after a long wait, Call of Duty: Mobile is launched officially by Activision. It was first announced back in March and after remaining in Beta for some selected smartphones, Call of Duty: Mobile is now available to download for all compatible Android and iOS phones and tablets.

The game, which is developed by Activision in collaboration with Tencent, is free to download with a promise of free content updates in upcoming months, just like PUBG Mobile. Call of Duty: Mobile is the latest battle royale game launched in the genre after a huge success of PUBG Mobile and Fortnite on Android and iOS platforms.

It brings a bunch of familiar characters, combat mechanics, and game settings that fans have enjoyed in the Call of Duty franchise PC games. So, for COD fans, it’s very good stuff to try on their smartphones to enjoy the best Call of Duty experience right on thier mobiles.

Activision promises a thrilling gameplay experience with the signature Call of Duty touch in its mobile game. However, to play this game at its best, you need to have a powerful device that offers lag-free gaming experience and decent graphics and frame rate output. The minimum Call of Duty: Mobile system requirements for Android phones include at least 2GB of RAM and Android 5.1 on the software side. On iOS, an iPhone needs to be on iOS 9 or a later version to run the game.

Coming to its gameplay, Call of Duty: Mobile comes with five different modes to play from Free-For-All, Frontline, Team Deathmatch, Hardpoint, and Domination apart from Battle Royale. This game comes with some characters and weapons that are borrowed from the original Call of Duty franchise games.

Initially, players will get access to some familiar maps like Nuketown, Crash, Hijacked, Crossfire, Standoff, Crash, and Killhouse in Call of Duty: Mobile, but more new content has been promised for the upcoming months. It will be interesting to see how Call of Duty: Mobile compete against the already established PUBG Mobile.

Well, as of now, Call of Duty: Mobile is now available to download for free from Google Play Store and Apple Store for Android and iOS users respectively.
